C8 & C9 (1924)

The 1924 Lyon Grand Prix was the last time Gabriel Voisin contested the Touring Car class - indeed, it was the last time Voisins took part in any Grand Prix. He created four cars based on the C5 4-litre engine, three in the standard class (over 1400 kgs) and one, curiously, in the light car category (1000-1400 kgs).

It is unclear whether the latter was lightened or the former ballasted. Like the C6 Tours Grand Prix cars, they all used a monocoque chassis.
